Frequently Asked Questions FAQ
Certificate of Authenticity
Every fine art print that you purchase from us, will come with its own certificate of authenticity. The certificate states that the particular print's edition number is unique within the edition and will have the print's matching edition number and the artist's signature.
All fine art comes unframed (Canvas Giclee include stretcher bars, unless stated otherwise). We highly recommend having a professional framer frame the fine art work. Make sure you inform the framer that you want them to use acid free materials.
Limited Edition & Artist Proofs
Artist proofs are the first group of a particular edition that are produced, once the artist approves of the initial group's colors, then the remaining edition will be produced, which are the limited editions.
Canvas Giclee is printed on canvas (which looks and feels more like an original oil painting), the artist will add some retouching and sign his signature in oil.
Lithograph is printed on high quality, acid free, heavy paper.
Signed & Numbered
For any limited editions or artist proofs, the artist will sign his signature and number the piece accordingly.
Shipping & Delivery Time
We ship via UPS only. Lithographs will be shipped within approximately 3 days. Canvas Giclee may take up to approximately 2 weeks before shipping, because the artist will add a touch of retouching and sign in oil paint, which will take time for it to be dried enough for packing.
Make sure to follow the instructions that will be on the outside of the packaging.
Care & Maintenance
For any art reproduction mediums, ONLY clean by using a clean feather duster only, and nothing else.
