Certificate
of Authenticity - What's it for?
Every fine art print that you purchase
from us, will come with its own certificate of authenticity. The
certificate states that the particular print's edition number is unique
within the edition and will have the print's matching edition number and
the artist's signature.

Damaged/Defective
- After receiving my package, what do I do?
After receiving your art work (not
including book), if there are any damages, you must notify us within 3
days, and we'll be more than happy to replace it for you. After the
specified period of time, there will be no replacement.

Framing
- What material to use?
All fine art comes unframed, Canvas
Giclee does not include stretcher bars, and Hand Embellish includes
stretcher bars (unless stated). We highly recommend having a professional
framer frame the fine art print. Make sure you inform the framer
that you want them to use acid free materials.
