Damaged/Defective - After receiving my package, what do I do?
After receiving your art work (not including book), if there are any damages, you must notify us within 3 days, and we'll be more than happy to replace it for you. After the specified period of time, there will be no replacement.

Framing - What material to use?
All fine art comes unframed, Canvas Giclee does not include stretcher bars, and Hand Embellish includes stretcher bars (unless stated).  We highly recommend having a professional framer frame the fine art print.  Make sure you inform the framer that you want them to use acid free materials.
